How it works

Measure after tiling
Width at the base tile to tile, the height, and a 2 m level on each wall and along the base. Our guide shows where, and the designer has it in a drawer.

Design and price
Pick the layout, type in the sizes, choose glass, finish and fixing. The drawing and price update as you go and you see every panel's cut size.

Check and pay
Tick the sanity-check box, pay by card. Stock sizes are usually ready in a few days; made-to-order glass takes 7–10 business days.

Collect or have it delivered
We email when it's ready. Bring blankets and a second person for a door; a 2000 mm panel won't fit in a hatchback. Or we deliver to the kerb across the Illawarra.

Install it
You, your tiler, handyman or a glazier. Dry-fit first, neutral-cure silicone, 24 hours before the first shower. The DIY guide says what's involved and when to get us to do it instead.

- What does supply only include?
- The toughened glass panels cut to your sizes with the hinge cut-outs and holes machined, the hinges, wall brackets or channel, the knob or handle and the door seals, all in your chosen finish, plus a drawing with every panel size. You add fixings for your wall, packers and neutral-cure silicone, and you install it.
- Can I install a shower screen myself?
- A single fixed panel on brackets or in a channel, yes, with a second person to lift. A hinged door is harder: it weighs around 35 kg and the hinge alignment decides whether it swings true. Read the DIY guide, and choose supply + install if the bathroom has a hob, a nib wall, walls well out of plumb, or you'd be lifting alone.
- Can my tiler or handyman install it?
- Yes, plenty do. Send them the link to your design: it has the drawing, the panel sizes and the hardware list. Our sizes already include the hinge gaps, the closing gap and the door's floor clearance, so there's nothing to work out on site.
- Do I need a licence to install glass in my own home?
- You can do work on your own home. If you pay a tradesperson, check their licence on the NSW Fair Trading register as you would for any building work. The glass we supply is Grade A toughened safety glass to AS/NZS 2208 and sized for installation to AS 1288.
- What if I measure wrong?
- Custom glass is made to your sizes and can't be trimmed or returned, which is why the designer shows every cut size before you pay and asks you to confirm you've checked them. If you'd rather not carry that risk, choose supply + install: we measure, and nothing is made until you've approved the confirmed sizes.
- Do you use stock panels?
- Whenever your sizes allow. A stock-width panel at 2000 mm high in clear glass is the cheapest glass we sell, and the designer tells you when a panel is stock and when it's made to order.
- Where do I pick up?
- Unanderra NSW 2526, weekdays by arrangement. We send the exact address with your ready notice. Delivery is available across the Illawarra, Helensburgh to Gerringong.
