OrderGlass is run by HBN Constructions Pty Ltd, a Wollongong building company that renovates bathrooms. We built the designer for our own jobs: size a client's screen from the tiler's finished opening, see the price, print the quote, order, pick up. No sketches, no waiting on a glazier to call back.
Sized from the opening
Width at the base tile to tile, the height, and the gap under a 2 m level on each wall and the base. The designer works out every panel, the hinge and closing gaps and the rake on a leaning wall. Stock panels are used whenever the sizes allow.
A quote you can hand over
Print / PDF quote under the price: our ABN, the drawing, every panel's cut size, the breakdown and a link that re-opens the design. Valid 30 days. Put your own margin on your own paperwork.
A link for the client or the tiler
Copy the link to the design and send it. It opens the exact screen, sizes and hardware, so the client can approve the finish and the tiler can see what's coming.
Pick up or delivered to site
Collect from Unanderra NSW 2526 weekdays by arrangement, or kerbside delivery across the Illawarra from $95.00. Several screens in one order, each with its own drawing.
What you get, supply only
- Grade A toughened glass to AS/NZS 2208, 10 or 12 mm frameless or 6 mm semi-frameless, from $248 inc. GST
- Holes and hinge cut-outs machined, polished edges, radius corners and nib-wall check-outs where you ask for them
- Hinges, brackets, clips or channel, knob or handle and seals in nine finishes
- A tax invoice with the spec and every panel size
Or we measure and install
Handing the whole screen over keeps it off your program: Harley check measures the day after the tiler finishes, the client approves the confirmed price, and we fit it when the glass is in. From $743 installed for a walk-in panel, $1,465 for a wall-to-wall screen with a door.

- Do you offer trade pricing?
- Not as an automatic discount yet; the online price is the same for everyone and is already built on trade supply. If you're doing several bathrooms a year, email [email protected] with your ABN and typical volume, or leave your details below, and we'll talk about what we can do.
- Can I quote a client from your site?
- Yes. Design the screen, then use "Print / PDF quote" under the price. It carries our ABN, the drawing, every panel size, the price breakdown and a link that re-opens the exact design, valid for 30 days. Add your margin on your own paperwork.
- Who takes responsibility for the sizes?
- Whoever enters them. Supply only: you measure after tiling, the designer shows every cut size, and you confirm them before paying; custom glass can't be returned. Supply + install: we check measure and nothing is made until the confirmed sizes are approved.
- Can you install for my client?
- Yes. Choose supply + install in the designer and we measure, make and fit it: from $743 installed for a walk-in panel. Book the check measure for the day after the tiler finishes; the final price is confirmed on site.
- How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?
- Card online at checkout (including Apple Pay and Google Pay). The order confirmation is a tax invoice with our ABN, the spec and every panel size. No accounts yet.
- How long does it take?
- Stock-size panels are usually ready within a few days. Made-to-order glass (custom heights, raked panels, ultra clear at non-stock sizes, 12 mm) takes 7–10 business days from payment. The designer shows an estimated ready date before you order.
- Can I order several screens at once?
- Yes. Add each screen to the cart; one order, one payment, one pick-up. Each screen keeps its own drawing and cutting sheet.
- Where do I collect?
- Unanderra NSW 2526, weekdays by arrangement, or we deliver to the kerb across the Illawarra from $95.00.
- Do you do balustrades and pool fencing?
