What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you order; the measurements and options you enter in the designer; and the pages you visit on this site. If you register interest for a product or area, your email and postcode.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. Stripe's privacy policy applies to that data.
How we use it
To make and deliver your order, to send the cutting sheet to the glass factory (sizes only, with your order number), to contact you about your order, and to tell you about delivery areas or products you asked about. We don't sell or rent your details and we don't send marketing you haven't asked for.
Who else sees it
Our glass supplier (sizes and specifications, not your contact details unless you choose to collect from them), Stripe (payment), Cloudflare (who serve the website), and our email provider. Each handles data under their own privacy terms.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart and your draft design. We don't use advertising cookies. Basic, anonymous visit statistics may be collected by our hosting provider.
Keeping it
Order records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Interest registrations are deleted when no longer needed or on request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not happy with how we handled it you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
