1. Who you're dealing with
OrderGlass is a trading name of HBN Constructions Pty Ltd (ABN 14 641 926 481), a NSW licensed builder. These terms apply to every order placed on orderglass.com.au. By paying for an order you accept them.
2. What we sell
We supply toughened glass panels made to the sizes you enter, stock-size panels, and shower screen hardware. We do not install. Everything is supplied for installation by you or your tradesperson in accordance with AS 1288 and the hardware manufacturer's instructions.
3. Your measurements
Custom glass is made to the measurements you enter and confirm in the designer. You are responsible for their accuracy and for checking the sizes shown before you pay. We cut glass to a tolerance of ±2 mm. Glass made to confirmed sizes cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded because the sizes were wrong, the screen doesn't suit the bathroom, or you change your mind.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery is added at checkout. Payment is by card (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Zip) through Stripe; we never see or store your card number. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order if a price was clearly wrong or an item is unavailable.
5. Lead times
Made-to-order glass takes about 7–10 business days from payment; stock items are usually faster. Dates shown are estimates, not promises; factory delays happen and we'll tell you as soon as we know.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel for a full refund any time before we send your order to the factory, which is usually within one business day of payment. After that, custom glass cannot be cancelled. Unused stock items can be returned within 14 days (see Returns).
7. Pick-up and delivery
Pick-up is from Unanderra NSW 2526 by arrangement. Delivery is within the Illawarra only, to the ground floor at the kerb or driveway, at the fee shown at checkout. Inspect the glass before you accept it. Risk in the goods passes to you when you (or someone at your address) take delivery or collect them.
8. Breakage and faults
Glass damaged in our delivery is replaced free if you refuse it on delivery or report it with photos within 24 hours. Glass broken after collection or acceptance is not covered. Manufacturing faults and glass not made to the confirmed sizes are remade at no cost.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
10. Installation and liability
Toughened glass is heavy and, if mishandled or wrongly installed, can break. You accept responsibility for safe handling, storage and installation. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss or damage arising from installation, misuse, or use of the goods other than as intended, and our liability for anything else is limited to resupplying the goods or refunding their price.
