Delivery and pick-up
We're a local operation, so for now your glass is either picked up from Unanderra or delivered by us within the Illawarra. We'll widen the area as we grow; leave your postcode below if you're outside it.
Pick up: free
- Where: Unanderra NSW 2526. We send the exact address with your ready notice.
- When: Weekdays by arrangement. We email or text you when the glass is ready and agree a time.
- Bring: a vehicle the panels fit in flat or on edge (a 2000 mm panel won't fit in a hatchback), blankets or cardboard between panels, and a second person for doors.
- Check it: look the glass over before you drive off. Once it leaves, breakage in transit is yours.
Local delivery: from $95.00
- Area: Illawarra, Helensburgh to Gerringong (postcodes listed below).
- Cost: $95.00 for the first panel and $20.00 for each extra panel, shown at checkout.
- How it arrives: panels wrapped and carried on an A-frame, delivered to the ground floor at the kerb or driveway. A 2000 × 700 mm door weighs about 30 kg, so please have a second person there to help unload.
- Timing: we text ahead and agree a window; someone needs to be home to check the glass and sign for it.
